Consultations
How do I book a consultation? A consultation is required. You can book one online easily at the Book Now tab.
Is a consultation required? Yes, a consultation is required so we can see how to best serve you and begin planning your quote. We can make arrangements to meet at a time that is convenient for you, even virtually.
What if I choose not to book? No problem! You're never pressured to book with us. Simply let us know as soon as possible.
Is my consultation fee refundable? If you need to cancel a consultation, but already paid, we can refund the fee if canceled in 24 hours or less. If you cancel day of, or don't show for the meeting, no refunds are issued. Consultations can be rescheduled free of charge at any time.

Pricing & Payment
What do services cost? Each service and quote is different. Depending on situation, we may charge: 1. A percentage of total budget 2. An hourly rate for services 3. Material or supply costs
Do you pay vendors directly? We can. You may opted to pay us your quoted total and we can handle payments to all vendors. In certain instances, we may require you to arrange payment with vendors if the cost exceeds a certain amount.
What does the payment schedule look like? Typically, we require an upfront down payment at the time of booking. After this, we will work with you to ensure payments are made on schedule before your event.
I'm unhappy with a service. Is it refundable? Typically, fees are nonrefundable, but if we agree that a vendor's service was not up to par, we can work together to find a solution with the vendor.

Events
What events can you provide? We can plan everything from: Private Events - showers, dinners, reunions, weddings Corporate: Meetings, Galas, Fundraisers, Luncheons Public Events: Parties, Concerts, Special Occasions, Theme Events
Are there any events you don't plan? At this time, we don't plan children's parties. We also do not organize events that are political in nature. We are an inclusive, woman-owned business. We welcome joyful events of all types and guests of all backgrounds. If your event is offensive in nature, we reserve the right to deny service for any reason.
Hours/Days of Service? Events during days, evenings, and weekends are welcome! We do not schedule events on the following holidays: Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Please note that October, especially Halloween is very busy and must be booked in advance. Events must not begin before 9am or run later than 11pm, or within venue restrictions.
What do we need to provide? Depending on your package, you may not need to provide anything! We do ask that you handle all personal needs (dresses, makeup, hairstylists, etc.), gifts, and items of personal value.

Design Services
What services are provided? We can offer many design services such as decor, floral design, balloon decorations, set pieces and room enhancements, digital art (invites, signage, menus, etc.), and photo ops. There's very little that we can't achieve!
What do design services cost? Each service is different, but once we have an idea of what you are looking for, we will create a custom quote based off of needs.
What is the process? First, we will meet to discuss your wants and needs. It's best to bring any inspiration with you; ideas, photos, etc. We will then create a mood board and/or mockups so that you can see the vision and quote for service.
What is the payment plan? Since most services require custom work, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required up front so that materials and labor is covered. The remaining payment is due at least 14 days before the event.
